Hello! I pray this message finds you well and uplifted today.
What are your expectations for this week? How confident are you that everything will happen as planned? Life can be unpredictable, and unexpected challenges may leave us feeling anxious or uncertain. Nevertheless, we can find comfort in knowing where our help comes from.
The Psalmist declares:
“My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.” — Psalm 121:2 (NIV)
This verse reminds us to look beyond our circumstances and focus on the greatness of our God. The One who made heaven and earth is not limited by our human weaknesses or understanding.
Therefore, do not measure God’s ability by the size of your problems. Instead, remember the greatness of the One to whom you turn for help.
People may disappoint you. Your strength may fail, and your wisdom may prove insufficient. Yet, God remains faithful and worthy of your trust.
This does not mean that every situation will unfold as you expect. Rather, you can trust God to guide you, sustain you, and help you face whatever lies ahead.
God is greater than our circumstances. What seems impossible from our human perspective is not beyond His power.
As you begin this week, ask yourself: Am I focusing more on the challenges before me or on the God who can help me through them?
Remember, faith does not require you to understand everything. It calls you to trust God even when you cannot see the whole picture.
Whatever concerns you this week, bring it before the Lord. It may involve your family, finances, health, future, or a situation beyond your control.
Do not allow worry to become greater than your confidence in God. Instead, remind yourself that your circumstances do not define the limits of His power.
Make these declarations of faith:
- When I feel lost, I will seek the Lord’s guidance.
- When I feel afraid, I will turn to Him for peace.
- When I feel weak, I will depend on His strength.
- When I face uncertainty, I will trust Him one step at a time.
You do not need to have all the answers today. Instead, seek God’s wisdom, follow His direction, and take each day as it comes.
As you walk through this week, keep Psalm 121:2 close to your heart. Let it remind you that your help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
May the Lord strengthen your faith, direct your steps, and give you peace throughout this week. Amen.
